Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our finance team supporting clinical research projects. You will manage project finances, reconcile revenue, and ensure accurate billing and financial reporting.

The role requires 1–2 years in finance or billing, strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication as you collaborate with sponsors, CROs, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Clinical Research or Clinical Industry experience is required.
• Minimum 1–2 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, revenue cycle, billing, or related field.
• Intermediate Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables.
• Experience with accounts receivable, revenue reconciliation, or billing.
• Experience reviewing budgets, contracts, and financial documents.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary financial contact for assigned clinical research projects.
• Review contracts, work orders, and amendments to identify financial terms and billing requirements.
• Analyze project financial data to optimize performance and identify budget concerns.
• Reconcile study data with EDC systems and ensure timely invoicing.
• Prepare monthly revenue files for accounting and ERP processing and distribute billing statements.
