Job Title: Clinical Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Recruiter for a 6-month contract with potential extensions or FTE conversion. This is a remote position based in the United States.

Pay Range

$30.00/hr - $38.00/hr, based on skills and experience.

Responsibilities

1. Lead the full recruitment process for licensed mental health therapists, including marketing, outreach, screening, and interviewing.
2. Collaborate closely with Operations and Clinical teams to ensure hiring needs are met.
3. Maintain detailed records of applicant interactions and interview outcomes.
4. Use data to identify recruitment priorities and network gaps.
5. Promote culturally responsive care and evidence-based behavioral health treatment.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
• Experience recruiting mental health professionals, including interns, associates, and licensed therapists.
• Strong communication, influencing, and negotiating skills.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, email, CRM tools, and website interfaces.
• Passion for behavioral health and innovation in recruitment techniques.
