Job Title

Contract Associate Recruiter - 90% Work From Home (WFH) - Orlando, Florida

Additional Information

*To convert to permanent employment, performance must meet expectations, and an FTE opening must be available.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable engaging with new people frequently, able to assess candidate potential, and possess excellent organizational skills to build and maintain a candidate pipeline. They should also be committed to exceeding recruitment quotas.

Role Responsibilities
  • Recruit across various service lines, including RNs, nurse externs, PCTs, etc.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates for future openings
  • Qualify or reject candidates based on interviews and resumes
  • Act as the main contact for candidate inquiries
  • Achieve weekly call and email quotas

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS
  • High energy and passion for recruitment
  • Proven ability to meet quotas
  • Minimum three years of full cycle recruiting experience

**Must have reliable transportation and reside in the North-Central Florida/Panhandle area to attend onsite events.
