Pay Range

Base pay starts at $22.00 per hour, plus uncapped commission opportunities. First-year earnings potential ranges from $55,000 to $70,000 on average, with additional potential for high performers. Recruiters who meet targets in their second year can achieve $100,000+ on-target earnings (OTE).

Daily Responsibilities

1. Source healthcare professionals through outreach via phone, text, email, job sites, and social media.
2. Use consultative selling to recruit, coach, staff, develop, mentor, and engage healthcare providers, building trusting partnerships.
3. Build value with talent to deliver high-quality experiences and uphold our reputation for going above and beyond.
4. Exceed metrics and target goals to grow revenue.
5. Negotiate salary and benefits in line with company objectives and legal guidelines.
6. Make a positive impact in communities and healthcare providers’ lives while maintaining a fun work environment.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.
