Job summary

Affinity Hospice in Marietta, GA is seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to provide direct administrative support to the IDG clinical team, including medical records, scheduling, QA, and documentation support. This full-time role requires collaboration with clinicians and leadership to ensure regulatory compliance and efficient operations.

Ideal candidates have nursing-related education (LPN preferred), experience in clinical records management, and strong information system skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in clinical records management, preferably in hospice care operations.
• Knowledge of state, federal, and ACHC documentation regulations.
• Accredited Records Technician Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily clinical records functions and establish policies.
• Ensure compliance of clinical record systems with regulations.
• Protect confidentiality of patient and organizational information.
