Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is seeking a Clinical Quality Improvement Manager to lead organization-wide quality initiatives in Southeast and Central Ohio. This role focuses on improving clinical outcomes, patient experience, and operational effectiveness through data-driven strategies and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in healthcare quality improvement, experience in primary care or behavioral health settings, and knowledge of UDS/HEDIS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 3-5 years of healthcare quality improvement, clinical quality, population health, value-based care, performance management, or healthcare operations experience.
• Experience in primary care, behavioral health, FQHC, or integrated healthcare settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support organization-wide quality improvement initiatives.
• Drive performance improvement, optimize clinical quality outcomes, and support regulatory compliance.
• Monitor and analyze quality, utilization, and population health data (UDS, HEDIS, value-based metrics).
• Collaborate with clinical and operational leadership to identify opportunities and data-driven strategies.
• Support quality initiatives across primary care, behavioral health, and care coordination services.
• Partner on value-based contracting and performance-based reimbursement strategies.
• Design and oversee data collection, reporting, and performance dashboards.
• Facilitate Performance Improvement Projects (PIPs) and PDSA cycles.
• Ensure compliance with HRSA, CARF, Medicaid, Medicare, and state regulations.
