Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) in Southeastern Ohio is seeking a Quality Improvement Manager to lead organization-wide performance improvement initiatives and advance patient care across primary care, behavioral health, and care coordination services.

You will design and oversee data collection, analytics, and performance dashboards; drive PIPs and PDSA cycles; ensure regulatory compliance and drive quality across care settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master's preferred.
• 3–5 years of healthcare quality improvement or related experience.
• Experience in primary care, behavioral health, FQHC, or integrated settings preferred.
• Knowledge of quality frameworks (PDSA, Lean, Six Sigma) and quality reporting (UDS, HEDIS).

Responsibilities

• Lead performance management and team development, including progressive discipline when necessary.
• Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of quality improvement initiatives.
• Monitor quality, utilization, and population health data and key measures.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational leadership to identify opportunities and develop data-driven strategies.
• Design and oversee data collection, reporting, and performance dashboards.
• Facilitate Performance Improvement Projects (PIPs) and PDSA cycles.
• Ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance including HRSA, CARF, Medicaid, and Medicare.
• Prepare board, leadership, and committee reports on quality performance.
