Job summary

ACES is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager, Treatment Initiation, to lead and implement ABA-based assessment and intake for clients across clinic, home, and telehealth settings. You will set long-term objectives with families and oversee the initial treatment initiation process.

The role requires BCBA certification or clinical license, a Master’s in ABA or related field, and strong supervision experience with ASD or related needs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field; BCBA certification or clinical license.
• 3+ years supervision experience; 5+ preferred.
• 5+ years experience with ASD or other special needs preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provides timely and accurate assessments in clinic, home, community, or telehealth.
• Transitions clients from intake to their treatment team and monitors hours during first authorization.
• Supports ongoing trainings and reviews treatment overview with the family.
• Prepares and submits final ABA assessment reports using templates.
• Stays informed of ABA assessment techniques and tools via trainings.
• Assists Clinical Director with challenging cases to improve outcomes.
