Job summary

MeBe is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure ABA program quality and compliance across BACB and CASP guidelines. The role blends remote QA work with a small onsite caseload, supporting clinical quality and payer requirements.

Ideal candidates hold a BCBA and a Master’s in a relevant field, with 3–5 years of ABA experience, and can work flexibly until 6 PM PST. California residency is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required and BCBA credential.
• Minimum 3–5 years of ABA experience preferred.
• Knowledge of BACB ethics, ABA treatment models, and payor documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular audits of treatment plans, session notes, BIPs, and clinical documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Provide actionable feedback to supervisors based on QA audit findings.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of standards and payor guidelines.
• Offer targeted training ideas to senior leadership for agency improvement.
• Maintain tracking scores for supervisors on designated systems.
• Promote accountability and client-centered care.
• Deliver a minimum of 20 billable QA hours weekly and manage a limited direct service caseload.

Education

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related fields
