Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead ABA treatment programs across center, home, school, or telehealth settings. You will supervise staff, develop plans, and coordinate with families and payers to improve patient outcomes.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s in Psychology or ABA, BCBA certification, and ASD experience. This is a full-time, salaried role with hybrid/onsite options and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification is required.
• Experience with individuals on the autism spectrum is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans.
• Oversee supervision hours and coach behavioral technicians.
• Analyze data and adjust protocols monthly.
• Ensure HIPAA compliant documentation and practices.
• Collaborate with caregivers and other professionals.
• Communicate treatment progress to stakeholders.
