Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy services across diverse care settings in California. You will screen and evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, discharge planning, and collaborate with PTAs and rehab techs to ensure optimal outcomes.

You will uphold professional standards, stay current with regulations, and communicate effectively in English.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Maximize patient function through direct and supervised PT.
• Provide clinical oversight to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs).
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs during treatments to ensure efficiency.
• Establish and grow a robust physical therapy program.
• Advance clinical and leadership skills through continued education.
• Maintain active state licensure and stay informed on regulations.
