Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy services across facilities. You will screen, evaluate, and treat patients, develop plans, and discharge appropriately, while coordinating with a clinical team to ensure consistent care.

The role emphasizes compliance with standards and ongoing professional development. The PT will supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs, oversee treatment delivery, and participate in program growth and leadership.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid state license to practice physical therapy.

Responsibilities

• Maximize patient function through direct and supervised physical therapy.
• Provide clinical oversight and consultation to PTAs.
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs during treatments to ensure efficient resource use.
• Establish and grow a robust physical therapy program.
• Advance clinical and leadership skills through ongoing education and collaboration.
• Maintain a valid state license and stay informed on regulations.
• Understand billing models and deliver care aligned with guidelines and outcomes.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols; communicate effectively in English.
