Job summary

Mount Sinai Health System seeks a Clinical Program Director to lead program development and ensure compliance with mandated interventions across the organization. You will partner with Nursing, Medical and Quality Leadership to oversee operations, education, and data-driven improvement.

Qualifications

• BSN in nursing with MSN or health-related specialty; doctorate preferred.
• Licensed registered nurse with current NY licensure.
• Professional board certification in leadership or clinical specialty preferred.
• BLS certification via American Heart Association

Responsibilities

• Provides coordination and leadership in execution of program activities, core measures and clinical intervention compliance.
• Develops action plans to support compliance with measures and provides education resources to departments.
• Establishes and implements short- and long-term goals, policies and procedures for core measures programs.
• Oversees data collection and analysis; may serve as point of contact for data inquiries.
• Selects, hires, and trains staff; develops competencies for RN Coordinators in alignment with program goals.
• Collaborates with health care teams to implement policies and readiness for surveys and accreditation
