Job summary

Health Connect America in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Clinical Program Coordinator to lead clinical and operational aspects of our program. You will mentor staff, oversee treatment planning, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality care across teams.

You will collaborate with program directors, clinicians, and partners to optimize service delivery, manage admissions, authorizations, and staff development while upholding the highest standards of professional conduct and licensure

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, MFT, Psychology or related field.
• State licensure or eligibility as required (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.).
• Experience delivering clinical behavioral health services.
• Experience in leadership or program coordination.
• Knowledge of behavioral health documentation and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to team members.
• Support treatment planning, care coordination, and clinical compliance.
• Assist with admissions, service authorizations, scheduling, and documentation compliance.
• Partner with leadership on recruitment, onboarding, staff development, and growth initiatives.
• Support regulatory readiness through audits and accreditation activities.
• Provide direct clinical services when needed and supervise clinicians pursuing licensure.
