Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Ft. Collins, CO is seeking a Clinical Director to lead the detox and residential programs. You will supervise the clinical team, ensure adherence to the treatment roadmap, and maintain high-quality client care and documentation.

The role shapes daily operations and staff development within a supportive recovery environment. Candidates should have a Master's degree and Colorado licensure (LPC or LCSW), plus several years of supervisory experience in similar settings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (or higher) in related field.
• 5 years' supervisory experience in hospital/residential setting.
• 3 years' experience in chemical dependency/dual diagnosed clients.
• Current licensure to practice as Clinical Director in Colorado (LPC, LCSW).

Responsibilities

• Provide daily clinical leadership and supervision to the facility to ensure smooth daily function.
• Ensure full execution of the Avenues clinical program roadmap.
• Cultivate and maintain a skilled, effective clinical treatment team with oversight and development.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, fostering a warm, recovery-oriented atmosphere.
• Ensure impeccable and timely client documentation, collaborating with Utilization Review.

Now Hiring a Clinical Director for our Detox and Residential treatment facility, in Ft. Collins, CO.

What You'll Do

• Provide daily clinical leadership and supervision to facility to ensure smooth daily function
• Ensure full execution of the Avenues clinical program roadmap
• Cultivate and maintain a skilled, effective clinical treatment team, providing consistent oversight, support, and professional development
• Oversee client engagement and morale, interacting with every client and fostering a warm, encouraging, recovery - oriented atmosphere
• Ensure impeccable and timely client documentation, collaborating with Utilization Review as necessary

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree (or higher) in related field preferred
• 5 years' supervisory experience in hospital/residential setting preferred; 3 years' experience in chemical dependency/dual diagnosed clients preferred
• Current licensure necessary to practice as Clinical Director in Colorado-LPC, LCSW
