Avenues Recovery Center at Lake Ariel is seeking a Clinical Director to provide daily clinical leadership for our detox and residential facility. You will supervise the treatment team, ensure adherence to the clinical program roadmap, and foster a warm, recovery-focused atmosphere for clients.

The role requires a Master's degree in a related field, PA licensure (LCSW/LPC/LMFT), and 5 years of supervisory experience (3 years in chemical dependency/dual diagnosed settings).

Qualifications

• Master's degree (or higher) in related field preferred.
• 5 years' supervisory experience in hospital/residential setting preferred; 3 years' experience in chemical dependency/dual diagnosed clients.
• Current licensure to practice as Clinical Director in Pennsylvania (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) required

Now Hiring a Clinical Director for our Detox and Residential treatment facility, in Lake Ariel, PA!

What You'll Do

• Provide daily clinical leadership and supervision to facility to ensure smooth daily function
• Ensure full execution of the Avenues clinical program roadmap
• Cultivate and maintain a skilled, effective clinical treatment team, providing consistent oversight, support, and professional development
• Oversee client engagement and morale, interacting with every client and fostering a warm, encouraging, recovery - oriented atmosphere
• Ensure impeccable and timely client documentation, collaborating with Utilization Review as necessary

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree (or higher) in related field preferred
• 5 years' supervisory experience in hospital/residential setting preferred; 3 years' experience in chemical dependency/dual diagnosed clients
• Current licensure necessary to practice as Clinical Director in Pennsylvania (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
