Avenues Recovery Center is seeking a Clinical Director at our Baton Rouge location to provide daily clinical leadership, supervise the facility, and drive program execution. You will build and mentor a high-performing clinical team, oversee client engagement, and ensure quality documentation in coordination with Utilization Review.

The role requires a master’s degree and Louisiana licensure (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) with several years of supervisory experience in relevant settings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (or higher) in a related field preferred.
• 5 years' supervisory experience in hospital/residential setting preferred; 3 years' experience in chemical dependency/dual diagnosed clients.
• Current licensure necessary to practice as Clinical Director in Louisiana (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
