Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Strong HR and supervisory experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Track record in program implementation, operations and fiscal management.
• Ability to prepare and maintain detailed reports and files.
• Knowledge of IT in healthcare; EMR experience preferred.
• Physician relations or mediation experience.
• Some exposure to billing/data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff, plans workflow, and enforces policies.
• Provides administrative oversight for quality patient services and liaison with patients, staff, administration and faculty.
• Plans space allocation and resource use across locations.
• Responsible for meeting patient and revenue targets.
• Analyzes activity data and manages controllable costs within budgets.
• May travel between locations and oversee day-to-day operations and safety.
• Interviews, hires, trains staff and evaluates performance.
