Job summary

The role requires Bachelor's degree and supervisory experience; you will manage staff, budgets, space planning, and performance coaching across multiple locations, while maintaining compliance and safety.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Strong HR and supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in program implementation and fiscal management.
• EMR experience preferred.
• Billing / Data Analysis exposure.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff; plans and schedules workflow; implements policies.
• Provides administrative oversight for quality patient services; liaison with patients, staff, and faculty.
• Plans space allocation and resource utilization between locations.
• Meets patient and revenue targets.
• Gathers and analyzes activity data; manages controllable costs within budgets.
• May travel between locations and oversee daily operations; ensure safe environment.
• Interviewing, selecting and training employees; planning and directing their work, coaching and evaluating performance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
