Job summary

You will drive interdisciplinary collaboration among associates, leadership and provider colleagues to set priorities and build the required processes and infrastructure. You will monitor financial results, variance and action plans monthly, ensure standardized documentation, and lead continuous process improvement in the clinical area through hands-on execution
