Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required.
• Two years of physician office or medical environment experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities of non-physician staff, ensuring high productivity.
• Train, coach, motivate, conduct performance evaluations, and schedule staff across offices.
• Oversee reception, scheduling, patient service areas, accounting, medical records, transcription and related systems.
• Serve as liaison between non-physician staff and physicians to ensure effective patient service.
• Maintain office policies and procedures in line with physician requirements and regulatory guidelines.
• Cover front and/or back office functions and manage workflows to ensure smooth operations.
