Qualifications

• Requires Associate's Degree.
• At least two years experience in a physician's office or medical environment.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card required in behavioral health settings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities of non-physician staff.
• Select, train, coach, motivate, conduct performance evaluations, and direct staff workflow.
• Oversee reception, scheduling, billing, medical records, transcription, and clinical information systems.
• Act as liaison between staff and physicians to ensure quality service.
• Maintain clinic policies and procedures per regulatory requirements.
• Determine facility maintenance needs and coordinate repairs/ resources.
• Cover front and back office functions and may administer medications per policy.
• Guide daily workflow to ensure quality patient experiences and efficient operations.
