Neko Health is hiring a Practice Manager for US operations. You will own credentialing, SOP organization, onboarding execution, and compliance assurance within a tech-enabled clinical model.

You’ll implement automated workflows and establish a single source of truth for provider data to scale operations as the practice expands. Responsibilities include managing credentialing, expirables, onboarding sequencing, and in-system governance, partnering with Talent Acquisition, IT, and clinical

Qualifications

• Experience streamlining clinical or healthcare operations with tech-enabled tooling.
• Direct experience with credentialing and primary source verification processes.

Responsibilities

• Own credentialing intake for new providers, verify licenses and scope.
• Maintain expirables calendar for licenses, certifications and registrations.
• Own SOP library: creation, indexing, versioning and retirement of outdated procedures.
• Turn onboarding plans into tracked sequences with credentialing gates built in.
• Ensure compliance with Head of Compliance standards and report gaps.
• Define data structures for credentialing/onboarding to enable system reporting.
• Collaborate with IT and product to integrate practice ops data with other systems.
