Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior operations or administrative experience in healthcare industry preferred.
• Experience with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel is required; MS Teams and credentialing software are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assists with scheduling functions and acts as liaison between scheduler and provider for shift coverage.
• Manages projects at the practice level, including information gathering, timelines, and communications.
• Collaborates with revenue cycle team to obtain missing charts and documentation for coding and billing.
• Coordinates credentialing needs with the credentialing team and maintains clinician credentials.
• Supports provider orientation and training with hospital personnel and site leadership.
• Arranges provider interviews and coordinates related logistics.
• Documents patient complaints and forwards to site medical director as appropriate.
• Administers company policies and provides administrative support to Medical Director and Director of Operations.
