Job summary

Neko Health is building a proactive healthcare network and needs a QA Program Manager to define and deploy the quality framework across outpatient clinics. You will design the standards, set up data collection, and drive cross-functional improvements that protect patient safety and enhance member experience.

Reporting to the Global Medical Quality Lead, you will collaborate with clinical leads, operations, and engineering to embed scalable QA processes and a dashboards-driven governance model

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of experience in quality assurance, program management, or a closely adjacent function, with at least 3 years in a healthcare or regulated clinical setting.
  • Proven experience in outpatient, primary care, or ambulatory care quality: you have designed and run QA programs where the framework did not already exist, not just audited against one that did.
  • Track record of building quality data review processes: defining metrics, working with operational data, and turning trends into actionable improvements.
  • Strong program management capability: structured thinking, cross-functional stakeholder management, and the ability to drive initiatives to completion across clinical and non-clinical teams.
  • AI fluency: you are comfortable using data tools and AI-assisted analysis to improve quality review, and you apply sound judgment on where human oversight is non-negotiable.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and run the QA framework for Neko's outpatient clinic network.
  • Define what quality looks like in the clinical setting and establish reporting infrastructure.
