Job summary

Neko Health is expanding its clinic QA program and seeks a QA Program Manager to design and build the quality assurance framework for an outpatient clinic network. You will define what quality means in this setting, build data and reporting infrastructure, and drive cross-functional improvement across clinical, operations, and engineering teams.

In this build role, you’ll partner with clinical leads and operations managers, report to the Global Medical Quality Lead, and shape scalable QA

Qualifications

• 5-10 years in quality assurance or program management in healthcare.
• Experience designing QA programs in outpatient or ambulatory care.
• Ability to build data review processes and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Map current clinical QA processes across Neko’s outpatient clinics and produce a remediation roadmap.
• Design and embed a scalable QA program framework for outpatient preventive health.
• Build and operationalise a quality data review process with key indicators and dashboards.
• Lead cross-functional QA improvement initiatives across clinical, operations, and technology teams.
• Develop and maintain quality documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
