Job summary

Neko Health seeks a Head of Compliance to own clinical and healthcare regulatory compliance for the US. You decide state-by-state operability, maintain licensure and credentialing, and ensure proper corporate structures and facility permissions. You will work with Senior Director, Medical Quality to gate market entry and growth.

You will lead regulatory readiness, external inquiry responses, and policy compliance, ensuring evidence-based, compliant clinical services across states.

Qualifications

• At least five years in healthcare regulatory compliance across multi-state settings.
• Experience preparing organizations for regulatory inspections and closing findings.
• Knowledge of corporate practice of medicine restrictions across multiple states.
• Experience writing, reviewing and maintaining clinical policy in regulated settings.
• Ability to provide clear, documented decisions under pressure and write down reasoning.
• Strong written communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own licensure, credentialing and scope of practice end-to-end.
• Maintain register of permitted clinical scope by state and clinician.
• Advise on corporate practice of medicine restrictions and structures.
• Assess licensure implications of telehealth delivery across state lines.
• Own regulatory readiness and external inspection processes.
• Define and operate regulatory reporting routes for notifiable events.
• Contribute to clinical policy review and non-conformity management.
• Lead and scale the compliance function in the US.
