Qualifications

• Master's of science in nursing degree.
• Three years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
• Registered Nurse - NJ.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support organizational shared governance structure.
• Mentor staff and leaders in shared governance practice.
• Attend shared governance meetings to provide guidance and support with project development and outcome identification.
• Support recognition of clinical staff and clinical initiatives.
• Collaborate with departmental leadership in the development of recognition program.
• Promote participation in clinical research and evidence-based practice projects.
