The University of Wisconsin–Madison School of Nursing is seeking a Clinical Placement Coordinator to manage and optimize clinical education experiences across programs. Based in the Academic Affairs Office, you will support students, faculty, staff, and partners, ensuring onboarding and compliance for clinical learning.

Qualifications

• At least two years of professional experience coordinating complex processes, projects, programs, or services in a healthcare, higher education, or related setting.
• Experience managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with students, faculty, staff, and external partners.
• Experience interpreting and applying policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage large volumes of data and documentation accurately.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and database or records management systems.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and support student compliance, ensuring accurate documentation and timely completion of requirements necessary for participation in academic and clinical experiences (10%).
• Utilizes independent judgement regarding development, implementation, promotion, and evaluation for one or more academic programs, initiatives, or events (30%).
• Identifies program needs, contributes to the development of unit workflows, schedules logistics and secures resources for meetings, events, and interviews (20%).
• Coordinates program components and evaluates program effectiveness and provides recommendations for improvement (30%).
• May supervise the day to day activities of one or more academic programs and resolves issues exercising discretion to meet unit goals (10%).
