Job summary

You will oversee the affiliation process, maintain the web platform, recruit and vet placement sites, and collaborate with faculty to align site opportunities with curriculum while supporting student success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Work arrangement: Hybrid (On-Campus and Remote) as determined by the department.

Responsibilities

• Perform outreach to establish new site partnerships and vet locations for accreditation compliance.
• Manage program administrative operations and improve workflows to resolve complex issues.
• Secure and match students to qualified placement sites, ensuring curricular alignment.
• Build and expand a network of placement sites, establishing long-term partnerships with stakeholders.
• Ensure timely and successful student placements to meet curriculum requirements and address site-related challenges.
• Continuously monitor sites and supervisors to ensure compliance with accreditation standards.
• Develop and implement marketing, education, and outreach strategies to expand the program's reach.
