Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required for the position.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in clinical placement or education coordination.
• Hybrid work arrangement combining on-campus and remote work as determined by the department.

Responsibilities

• Perform outreach to establish new site partnerships and vet locations for compliance with accreditation standards.
• Manage program administrative operations and improve workflows to resolve complex issues.
• Secure and match students to qualified placement sites, ensuring alignment with curricular and program needs.
• Build and expand a network of placement sites, establishing long-term partnerships with stakeholders.
• Ensure timely and successful student placements to meet curriculum requirements and address site-related challenges.
• Continuously monitor sites and supervisors to ensure compliance with accreditation standards.
• Develop and implement marketing, education, and outreach strategies to expand the program's reach.
