Job summary

Joyce University is seeking a Clinical Placement Coordinator to bridge students, faculty, and healthcare partners, ensuring nursing students gain real-world clinical experiences.

You'll coordinate placements, guide compliance, and build strong partner relationships while supporting registration, scheduling, and orientations in a hybrid remote-capable environment. A bachelor’s degree is preferred and 2–3 years in healthcare/academia is ideal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in an academic or healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service mindset.
• Comfortable with Microsoft 365 and cloud-based communication tools.
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative, student-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical and preceptor placements that prepare students for their nursing careers.
• Guide students through compliance requirements so they’re ready for rotations.
• Build strong relationships with healthcare partners and support faculty collaboration.
• Assist with registration, scheduling, orientations, and student support.
• Use university systems and tools to keep processes smooth and organized.
• Be part of a supportive team dedicated to putting students first.
