Johns Hopkins Care at Home is seeking a Clinical Pharmacy Technician (CPT) to work under the Pharmacy Business Manager and Clinical Programs Manager. Under the direct supervision of the Pharmacy Business Manager and Clinical Programs Manager, the Clinical Pharmacy Technician (CPT) primarily interacts with patients requiring clinical intervention. The CPT works closely with the Prior Authorization team, Patient Assistance Program Specialists, Clinical Coordinators, and all Outpatient Pharmacy staff, prescribers, and medical office staff to serve patients. The CPT communicates with patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and colleagues to relay and obtain pertinent information, may provide on‑call services as required, participates in process improvement, and develops relationships with patients. The CPT also participates in other duties related to the day‑to‑day operations of the outpatient pharmacies.
40 hours per week; modified hybrid
Salary Range: Minimum $20.53/hour – Maximum $33.90/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
