Job summary

Johns Hopkins Medicine in Baltimore is seeking an Outpatient Pharmacy Technician to support medication preparation, packaging, distribution, and inventory management under pharmacist supervision.

The role offers rotating 8-hour shifts between 7:30am–8pm, rotating weekends, comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement for you and dependents, and an Employee Referral Program Bonus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalency.
• Registration with the Maryland Board of Pharmacy is required upon hire.
• Must become certified through and approved certification board (PTCB or NHA) within 2 years of hire.
• 6 months experienced preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support medication preparation, packaging, distribution, and inventory management.
• Work under direct supervision of pharmacists and fellow technicians.

Minimum Qualifications:

Shift and Schedule:

Rotating 8-hour shifts between 7:30am-8pm

Rotating Weekends

Salary Range:

Minimum 18.09/hour - Maximum 29.87/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
