Option Care Health seeks a Pharmacy Support Technician to assist pharmacists with prescription processing and dispensing, equipment prep, and basic patient assistance. The role focuses on maintaining accurate records, supporting inventory control, and delivering reliable patient service in a compliant setting.

Responsibilities include processing refills, stocking supplies, scheduling deliveries, and performing routine maintenance while adhering to state standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience with internal and external customers.
• Able to perform basic to intermediate math calculations.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Review and process basic prescription drug refill requests and prepare medications per policy.
• Assist with maintaining equipment, calibration, inspection and cleaning.
• Collect patient information to plan materials, equipment and prescriptions.
• Schedule routine patient deliveries and manage inventory data entry.
