Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 0–6 months of relevant experience.
• Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers.
• Basic skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Review/validate basic prescription refill requests and process per policy.
• Assist with preparing and dispensing medications and supplies.
• Maintain equipment through calibration, inspection, cleaning, testing and report defects.
• Collect and maintain basic patient information to plan materials, equipment, and deliveries.
• Answer basic patient questions and respond to simple requests to support a positive patient experience.
