Job summary

Cambia Health seeks a Manager Clinical Pharmacy Services to lead a team of clinical pharmacists and drive the development, implementation and maintenance of clinical pharmacy programs across all lines of business. This hybrid role requires three days in the office with flexibility to coordinate across multiple locations.

The role requires a Pharm.D or BCH degree, state licensure, and 3+ years in patient care with leadership experience in a managed care environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D; Residency certificate or advanced degree preferred.
• Licensed pharmacist in state of practice.
• Three years of experience in patient care and management in health care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Leads clinical pharmacy program development and maintenance across lines of business.
• Organizes and oversees clinical drug safety, quality and affordability programs.
• Collaborates with multiple departments and external vendors to meet SLAs and regulatory requirements.
• Provides reporting and analysis for clinical program activities and performance metrics.
• Provides leadership and mentorship to direct reports and staff.
