Job summary

Cambia Health is seeking a Manager of Clinical Pharmacy Services to lead a team of clinical pharmacists and oversee program development across the pharmacy, medical, and specialty medications spaces. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on program management in a hybrid setting.

You will coordinate cross-organizational teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive cost-effective, quality-focused pharmacy initiatives while mentoring staff and reporting on program outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D; Residency certificate or advanced degree in health care administration, economics, public health, pharmacy administration, finance, or equivalent field preferred
• Three years of experience in patient care setting as well as management or professional business experience in a managed health care system, medical group, hospital, or related business in health care delivery industry or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Licensed pharmacist in state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes and manages the implementation, and maintenance of clinical pharmacy programs, including Stars, HEDIS, eValu8, and other clinical safety, quality, and affordability programs.
• Leads, and collaborates with, departmental and cross-organizational teams and committees and with external vendors.
• Ensures service levels and activities meet client SLAs and contractual obligations, with compliance to state, federal, and CMS regulations.
• Provides routine reporting and analysis of clinical program activities.
• Ensures continuous QA with documented policies, procedures, and workflows.
• Provides leadership and mentorship to direct reports and staff.
• Manages staff workload and resource allocation.
• Collaborates with Pharmacy Directors, VPs, and leadership on cost-effective prescribing and quality improvements.
