Weis Markets, Inc. is seeking a Pharmacist to oversee daily pharmacy operations at our York location. You will ensure prescription accuracy, supervise technicians, and support immunization programs while delivering premier customer service.

You will train staff, manage inventories, and coordinate with physicians to resolve issues, all while maintaining compliance with federal and state laws. This role emphasizes leadership and patient care in a busy retail setting.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree (BS/PharmD) or equivalent in Pharmacy.
• Immunization Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of prescriptions through Drug Utilization Review and QA.
• Promote clinical programs including immunization and MTM when available.
• Align performance with department metrics; manage inventories and stock.
• Provide healthcare counseling and exceptional customer service.
• Supervise Pharmacy Technicians and staff; train and coach associates.
• Maintain pharmacy operations in manager's absence and ensure security.
• Communicate openly with operations and management to support success.
• Maintain clean, organized department and comply with laws.
