Providence Health Plan Group in the United States is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to deliver high-quality, individualized pharmaceutical care and integrated services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes and quality of life.
The role requires a PharmD or a Bachelor of Pharmacy with Texas Pharmacist Registered upon hire; preferred candidates include acute care hospital experience or a PGY1 residency.
The Clinical Pharmacist has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient medication therapy outcomes and quality of life.

Pay Range: $55.23 - $87.20.
Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
