Job summary

A leading healthcare organization in Hobbs is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to provide high-quality pharmaceutical care and optimize medication therapy outcomes. The role requires a PharmD or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy with requisite registration in Texas or New Mexico. Candidates are preferred to have acute care pharmacy experience. Qualifications

Job description

The Clinical Pharmacist has the responsibility for the provision ofhigh-quality, individualized, cost-effectivepharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operationalservices in collaboration with the healthcareteam to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life.

Performs all duties in a manner, which promotes team concept and reflects the Sisters of Providence mission and philosophy.

Required Qualifications

• PharmD Pharmacy Or
• Bachelor's Degree Pharmacy
• Upon hire: Texas Pharmacist Registered Or
• Upon hire: New Mexico Registered Pharmacist - New Mexico Board of Pharmacy

Preferred Qualifications

• Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience
• Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency
