Job summary

JobRx, Inc. is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist in Hobbs, New Mexico. The role involves delivering individualized pharmaceutical care and collaborating with healthcare teams to enhance patient outcomes. Candidates need a PharmD or a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, and registration as a Pharmacist in New Mexico upon hire. The Clinical Pharmacist has the responsibility for the provision of high‑quality, individualized, cost‑effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life.

Required Qualifications

• PharmD Pharmacy Or
• Bachelor's Degree Pharmacy
• Upon hire: Texas Pharmacist Registered Or
• Upon hire: New Mexico Registered Pharmacist - New Mexico Board of Pharmacy

Preferred Qualifications

• Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience
• Completion of ASHP‑accredited PGY1 residency
