Providence Covenant Children's Hosp is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to deliver high-quality, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy services in collaboration with the health care team to optimize patient medication therapy outcomes and quality of life.

The role supports our mission of patient-focused care and requires Texas Pharmacist licensure on hire, with preferred acute care hospital experience and ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency.

Required Qualifications:

• PharmD Pharmacy, Or

• Bachelor's Degree Pharmacy

• Upon Hire: Texas Pharmacist Registered

Preferred Qualifications:

• Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience

• Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
