Gracehealthsystem in Texas is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to provide high-quality, individualized pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient medication therapy outcomes and quality of life.
The role requires a PharmD or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy and Texas Pharmacist Registration upon hire; preferred qualifications include acute care hospital experience and completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency.
The Clinical Pharmacist has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient medication therapy outcomes and quality of life.

Pay Range: $55.23 - $87.20.
Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
