• Verifies orders before delivery and resolves discrepancies.
• Reviews laboratory data and recommends changes in therapy.
• Develops and presents education programs for staff and students.
• Educates patients and families about medications.
• Responds to emergencies to assist with medication management.
• Maintains formulary and documents all clinical activities.
• Communicates clinical knowledge effectively and participates in quality improvement.
