Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy (BS or PharmD) required.
• Pharmacy residency or 3 years of experience; BCPS or equivalent preferred.
• Current pharmacist license in the state(s) practiced is required.

Responsabilités

• Provide medication reviews and therapy management to optimize patient outcomes.
• Support medication distribution and operational functions for timely availability.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality pharmaceutical services.
• Identify and address adverse medication events and report data as needed.
• Educate pharmacy staff and serve as a preceptor for students and residents.
• Process orders and review for safety and efficacy during processing.
