Competenze

• Graduate of an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy with a BS or PharmD (required).
• Advanced pharmacy degree – Doctor of Pharmacy, Masters, Residency (preferred).
• Maintains current license for pharmacist in the state(s) where practicing (required).
• Immunization Certified (preferred).

• Participate in medication reviews and therapy management to ensure safe and appropriate use of medications.
• Support operations and order processing to facilitate accurate and timely medication availability.
• Engage in cost-containment efforts for medication utilization and pharmacy resources.
• Collaborate with pharmacy team and other health professionals to deliver high-quality services.
• Provide medication education to patients and staff; act as a preceptor for students and residents.
• Process orders and provide clinical support during order processing as needed.
