Responsibilities

• Receives and interprets prescriptions, reviews patient's medication history.
• Analyzes patient data for optimal drug therapy recommendations.
• Prepares and dispenses medications including sterile products.
• Counsels patients and family members regarding pharmaceutical care.
• Directs workflow and supervises pharmacy staff during the shift.
