LUX Infusion, a clinician-led U.S.-based infusion care provider, seeks a Clinical Pharmacist to ensure safe, effective, and timely specialty therapies. This onsite Memphis role collaborates with multiple teams to guide medication management and optimize patient outcomes with accountability and compassion.

The ideal candidate holds a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy, Tennessee license, and strong knowledge of specialty pharmacy operations.

Qualifikationen

• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy from ACPE-accredited school.
• Active, unrestricted Tennessee Pharmacist license.
• Strong understanding of specialty medications and operations.
• Experience delivering exceptional service to internal and external customers.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient safety.

Aufgaben

• Review, interpret, and verify prescriptions for accuracy and compliance.
• Evaluate patient records and regimens to support safe specialty therapy management.
• Provide comprehensive patient counseling on specialty medications and treatment plans.
• Monitor drug therapies and recommend clinical interventions when needed.
• Collaborate with intake, reimbursement, nursing, and operations teams to support patient care.
• Support onboarding and referrals to improve therapy access.
• Oversee pharmacy technicians and documentation for quality and compliance.
• Maintain compliance with State Board, HIPAA, FDA, DEA, Medicare and related standards.
• Serve as a clinical escalation point for prescriptions and patient care concerns.
• Participate in QA, audits, accreditation, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Support training of technicians, interns, and new staff.
• Contribute to a culture of safety, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
