Job summary

LUX Infusion, a clinician-led US-based infusion care company, is hiring a Clinical Pharmacist to be onsite in Overland Park, Kansas. You will review prescriptions for safety and accuracy, manage specialty therapies, counsel patients, and support clinicians with medication decisions.

This role emphasizes collaboration with intake, reimbursement, nursing, and operations teams, maintaining compliance with HIPAA, FDA, DEA, and state boards. The schedule is Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–5 PM CST.

Qualifications

• PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited school.
• Active, unrestricted pharmacist licenses listed for multiple states.
• Experience with specialty pharmacy operations and patient-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Review, interpret, and verify prescriptions for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate patient records and regimens to support safe specialty therapy management.
• Provide comprehensive patient counseling on specialty medications and plans.
• Monitor therapies, identify issues, and suggest clinical interventions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support seamless patient care.
